Hello everyone has was your Halloween weekend? Ours was filled with family stuff so no adult fun for us but that's ok. Had a few drinks with hub and watched some tv. Since bf and I broke up I have been staying close to home anyway. Haven't really been up to going out and meeting anyone just yet....getting there. A little more about me hub and I have 3 kids. And he is the other administrator btw. He hasn't been on much and pretty much leaves me to tend this while he is working, doing his school work, video games or sports. He is a man ya know lol. He also has a gf who is the wife of my ex. The reason for the break up was he is divorcing his wife for reasons that has nothing to do with me or my hub. And in the process I also got "divorced" through his decision to stop seeing me at the same time he asked her for a divorce. It sounds way more complicated than it is lol. Anyway hub and I have been married 19yrs and together 21. He is retired navy and I work at a preschool . We have lived in the area here 14yrs. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

I didn't get much of anything accomplished, other than selling my kegerator finally. I think you already know my story. I am separated from my wife and my kids live with her. It is ridiculous how hard it is to find like minded people that are serious about meeting others.
Your story IS complicated. I think I have a headache now...lol.

Lol yeah but we all are complicated. Fear stops a lot of people from connecting I think. I've been guilty as well lol.

I've had a lazy weekend and hung out with Deb and Netflix!
I've been looking on OK Cupid and Craigslist but no real connections. And with my hectic schedule it's time to 'date'. This site may be a good start! There used to be a yahoo chat room of swinger types and this reminds me of that.
And so. Little steps!

I have done OKC before but not seriously. I haven't been back to sign up since bf and I broke up. I haven't even really been looking. The yahoo site doesn't seem to have many/any new posts and I have looked around for other sites here and really couldn't find what I was looking for so I made this forum. I hope it works out the way I envisioned and so far it is thanks to all you guys.

We have tried the CL thing but no luck here either. We have talked to a few women but they either don't show up and never hear from them again or after a while they just stop talking. At least we aren't going to give up yet. We know we will find another woman for us. The only thing we find on CL is hookers lol

Cap and Jenn...that is exactly the same boat I am in as far as finding couples. It gets really frustrating. That's one reason why I want to form a bond with a couple so that I don't have to deal with that crap anymore.

I will say it is good to form a bond with them. It makes it so much nicer when you don't have to look and most end in dead ends.

Not to mention there are multiple risks every time you meet someone new...

Our weekend was so-so. Did the trick-or-treat thing for the neighborhood kids. Only had 15 kids come up to get candy. UNBELIEVABLE! I guess going from house to house trick-or-treating is gonna be a thing of the past soon. Anyhoo, I remember the Yahoo Chat rooms. Was quite active with that for years. But after it got to the point that other chat users were using programs to boot users off the chat system, I just quit using it. To my knowledge, Yahoo Chat is no longer running now anyways.

I prefer taking my kids door to door on Halloween becuase the "community" places like the malls or other things are just so packed and the candy is usually crappy lol. We did a couple of things. We went down a few streets and there really weren't many giving out candy as you would think in a neighborhood but oh well. And then we went to the frestation because my kids wanted to go. it was packed like I thought it would be and we stood in line forever waiting on the haunted house. After that we just came home. I think alot of ppl just don't give out candy from home anymore because of the lack of kids coming by. I haven't used Yahoo chat rooms/groups in years.
